Everett Launches New Modern Home Collection

The Everett team could not be more excited to launch our new Modern Home Collection, a sleek new addition to Portland’s innovative architectural scene. As we’ve seen the city’s character grow, so has a desire for new home styles. Straying from our established Craftsman, Traditional, and Portland Foursquare designs, the Modern Collection speaks to the inherent evolution of not just homes, but lifestyles.

Our modern home vision is to connect chic minimalism with futuristic luxury. Carrying crisp exterior metal handrails to an interior focal point, combined with floating cabinets and distinctive surface finishes, we’ve created an upmarket edge for an emerging public.

First to appear are the Butterfly and Box elevations, each with strikingly unique rooflines and gorgeous natural cedar siding accents. Of course, the most important details such as high-efficiency, durability, and the use of local, sustainable materials, remain prevalent in the new collection. Each home is built to Platinum or Gold Earth Advantage Certification levels.  In the coming months, Portland will be seeing a variety of modern townhomes, condos, and more contemporary single family designs.
